The world we live in now feels like it runs on noise. Not just sound, but the constant digital hum that fills every free moment. Pings, alerts, news updates, and endless layers of opinions all stack on top of each other. It is easy to feel like you are always reacting, rarely breathing, and almost never hearing your own thoughts.

While I was writing The Unraveling, I realized how much that noise had crept into my life. I would sit down to write a chapter and feel every unseen signal pulling at my attention. It was only when I started to unplug, closing tabs, silencing notifications, and letting a few things stay unanswered, that the story finally had space to speak.

What surprised me most was how quiet that voice was.

Not dramatic. Not urgent. Just steady. Just honest.

That idea became the heart of this book. It is a story about finding clarity inside overwhelming information, about rediscovering the difference between what demands attention and what actually deserves it.

If The Unraveling offers anything, I hope it gives you a small moment of stillness inside the static. A reminder that not every signal is meant to guide you, but the right one can change everything.

Thank you for reading and for stepping into this story with me.
